Who we are

Brickz Daily is operated by OmniPlay LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email, username, phone number, and a newsletter flag (whether you asked us to email the daily brick). We also store a password hash, trial and subscription status, and the terms version you agreed to.

New accounts include a 3-day trial. After the trial, the plan is $10 per month. Cancel anytime. You keep access through the paid period.

Brickz Daily does not store full card numbers. Stripe processes cards. We do not have a mailing or street address on file for you, and we do not ask for one.

How we use it

Email and username are for running your account — sign-in, recovery, and reaching you about the account. Phone is for recovery, one live account per number, and one trial per number. You can come back paid. Resend sends mail (welcome, password reset, and the daily brick if you opted in). The newsletter is optional and off unless you check the box. Hosting may pass through the vendors we use to operate the site.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We will not text picks or marketing. We do not use the leftover phone record to email, text, or market. We do not sell it.

Deletion

You can delete your account on Account. If you delete, we wipe the live account, pick access, and payment method. We keep a one-way record of the phone so that number cannot start another trial. You can come back paid on a new account. That number does not get a second trial. A hash of that number is still a phone record, not an anonymous leftover. We do not use that record to email, text, or market. We do not sell it.
